We do more to get the maximum rentals for each property by using a combination of highly effective marketing channels to expose your property to the widest possible rental audience and the use of real time booking reservation technology guarantees that when a booking is made the customer can book their flights with confidence knowing there accommodation has been secured.
All we ask from you for our services is 10% of the rental incomes plus the cost of our cleaning services which start from as low as £25.
Once you have instructed DPM Group to act as you lettings and rental agent we will:
- Advertise your property to potential customers through various marketing channels
- Secure and manage all your customer bookings and enquiries
- Keep computerised records of all your rental income with statements available upon request
- Bank all rental income less our deductions into your UK or Turkish bank account
- Pre-arrival / post departure cleaning of your property
- Rental client meet and greet service
Additional services such as welcome packs, airport transfers and car hire are available upon request.
